Meet the Bishop

Rev. Dr. Wilson Rugira Bishop of Rock of Salvation International Church

Rev. Dr. Wilson Rugira is the Bishop of Rock of Salvation International Church.  He is a theologian, preacher, and author (author of Ignite for Revival). He has a master’s in biblical interpretation, a Ph.D. in Theology, a diploma in International Development, and a diploma in law. Over the years, he has lectured at different theological universities in Central and Eastern Africa. He has focused and worked on church growth. He also focuses his research on hermeneutics and exegesis. He served as the CEO of Ebenezer International Ministry in the Democratic Republic of Congo and has worked for other nonprofit Organizations. He is the Director of Impact Lives 4 changes.
