Deacon Ministry
Designed to superintend the church’s property and facilities and primarily focus on serving the practical and spiritual needs of the congregation through acts of compassion, outreach to the community, and assisting the pastor in caring for the church members, particularly those facing challenges or difficulties; essentially acting as the “helping hands” of the church body, grounded in biblical principles of service and love and to provide a wholesome and hearty welcome to all persons who visit this congregation in worship.

Usher Ministry
The Usher Ministry serves as doorkeepers and custodians of worship and a dedicated group of volunteers within a church who are responsible for greeting visitors, assisting with seating, maintaining order during services, and generally creating a welcoming atmosphere for worshippers by ensuring the smooth running of the worship space; essentially acting as the “doorkeepers” of the church, often considered a key part of hospitality ministry.

Music ministry is a service to God that involves leading a congregation in song and worship to support a sermon. It can also be a way for the church to express gratitude to God and encourage believers. Media ministry is a church ministry that uses technology and media to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Goals of the Media Ministry:

Men’s Ministry (Men of Integrity)
MEN of INTEGRITY Men’s Ministry is dedicated to helping all men be the Godly men God has called them to be. Men’s Ministry is a program or event for men in a church community to help them grow in their faith, build relationships, and support each other. It can also occur in the community, such as at soup kitchens, drug rehabilitation centers, or as part of a veteran’s program.

Finance Ministry
The church finance department manages its finances to support its mission and ministries. Its goal is to do so responsibly, efficiently, and sustainably while ensuring accountability and transparency.
The church finance ministry includes a team of people, such as the pastor, the committee on finance, the financial secretary, the treasurer, the endowment committee, and the commission on stewardship.

- Monitoring and controlling how church funds are spent.
- Training church leaders on managing their budgets and reading financial reporting statements.
- Keeping church leaders informed about financial developments and maintaining a financial plan.
- Maintaining a reserve fund for the church.
- Setting aside a monthly amount for capital improvements.
- Ensuring financial transparency with members, donors, and the public.

A “church development ministry” is a dedicated focus within a church organization that aims to strategically grow the church community by increasing membership, expanding outreach, developing leadership, and implementing initiatives to foster spiritual development and engagement. Thus, the ministry works to make the church more substantial and impactful in its community.
Seek new members through community engagement, faith sharing, and targeted outreach programs. Providing programs and resources to educate and nurture new believers in their Christian faith, helping them grow spiritually and identifying and training potential leaders within the congregation to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the church’s growth, and facilitating smaller, more intimate groups for deeper fellowship, study, and support among members and enhancing the worship experience to be more engaging and relevant for the congregation. Participating in local initiatives and addressing community needs to build positive relationships and influence.
